History of DPE:

David Pruitt Electrical Co. was established on June 19th, 2003 by the owner and president David Pruitt.  David Pruitt Electrical Co. was started out of a garage at David’s home with three employees and one van on the road.  Over a four year span our company has grown to having twenty-six employees with ten vans and four trucks on the road.  David Pruitt Electrical Co. is now located at 5245 Raynor Rd in Garner, NC.

 

DPE’s  Goal:

David Pruitt Electrical Co.’s goal is to provide our customers with efficient and timely service.  As a company that values our employees as much as our customers, it is our goal to provide a professional workplace where each employee feels as important as they are.  Our goal is to also create a new standard of what professionalism in the office and on the jobsites should be like.  It is our goal to hire employees that have the same expectations of themselves as we have of them.

 

History of Owner/President:

David Pruitt has been in the electrical business for twenty-six years.  David started as an electrician’s helper in 1981 when he was twenty-two years old.  Within two years he advanced to an electrician where he continued until 2000 when he was promoted to project manager.  After three years of working as a project manager and learning all he could about the business he took a leap of faith and started his own business, David Pruitt Electrical Co., on June 19th, 2003.  He and his wife, Donna, have been married eight years.  They have three grown children and one grandchild, and another on the way.  David spends his free time at his beach house at Oak Island fishing and riding his motorcycles.
